Fitness Run

Distance: 4.03 miles
Time: 40:31
Pace: 10:04 min/mi

Comments: Another week layoff. Now I am seriously behind on the year goal. The only way to get back on track will be instituting the regular morning run like I did last summer. So, no time like today...

I thought that with the storms and front pushing through yesterday, this would be a clear morning but it was the complete opposite. Misty to the point of actual rain. But pretty cool, so it wasn't too awful.

Just focused on cadence. Finished much better than I had any reason to expect.
