Fitness Run

Distance: 2 miles
Time: 18:29
Pace: 9:15 min/mi

Comments: Not much to speak of regarding this effort other than I got it done. Every effort at building a routine over the past six months has failed miserably so just getting another run in is a victory of sorts, right? Anyhow. I stuck with the two miles and felt pretty good the whole way.
