Comments: Alright, the cooler weather has arrived and the doctor said I need to get back into it for my better good. There were a pair of afternoon meetings to staff today so I took a long lunch and got a run it.

Of course it was awful. I really just tried to keep the cadence going but there was nothing fancy about the effort. The dramatically cooler temperatures made a huge difference, though. Somehow I kept my overall pace under 10 min/mi.
