Comments: The temperature got downright chilly with the latest cold front. The low 50s is about ideal for running and the lack of precipitation was a nice change as well.

Targeted the easy run pace but hit it closer to the long run pace. My heart rate never got out of Zone 4, so the effort was correct if not the pace. This one felt OK. Nothing specifically bad, I just didn't feel totally in control of it and found my mind wandering more than necessary.
