Fitness Run

Comments: The cool mornings continue so the temptation to skip the run has to be dealt with. This is about as nice as one could ask for a run and I'll be desperate for these temperatures to return come August.

Kept finding myself pushing the pace a bit more than necessary. About 10% of this run ended up in the Zone 5 heart rate range. Probably no big deal but I need to get more comfortable with these pacings for whenever race training can get restarted.

In any case, it was a nice start to  the month.
